Problems to be solved in the current electric vehicle power
Until now, transmissions have been used to increase power efficiency in all automobiles, but electric vehicles are operated only in the form of a single-stage gear box because of proper transmissions have not been developed
Power efficiency is very poor as vehicle starts and operates in the same gear in low-speed selection and high-speed driving, so there is a limitation on the distance that can be driven when charging electric vehicle once (300km-400km when charged once)
When applying 5th CGVT, it is possible to drive more than twice (800km) compared to the existing mileage by increasing power efficiency, preventing heat generation by lowering the power used, and improving driving safety because there is no impact during gear shifting and control is easy.
In addition, by exerting gear power with a smaller motor than before, production cost of batteries and motors is greatly reduced, resulting in high price competitiveness.
